IVECO transfers distribution and retail operations in the Nordics to Hedin Mobility Group

IVECO has completed the transfer of its Nordic distribution and retail operations in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden to Hedin Mobility Group AB, as agreed in December 2023 with the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement.

This collaboration with one of Europe's largest mobility providers, which has more than 12,500 employees and operates in 14 countries, strengthens IVECO's distribution network in the Nordic region and ensures greater proximity to its customers. IVECO will leverage Hedin’s established network to continue delivering its new range of innovative multi-energy vehicles and the extensive integrated services.

The marketing and distribution operations will be transferred to Hedin for IVECO light commercial vehicles, medium- and heavy-duty trucks, and minibuses sold through the retail network in the four Nordic countries, including spare parts. IVECO’s range of commercial vehicles is sold and serviced in the Nordics through 35 retailers and more than 100 workshops.

The transaction also includes the transfer of the retail business at the IVECO-owned dealerships in Sweden (Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Malmö), Norway (Bærum), Finland (Espoo), and Denmark (Odense).
