A layout for every application
Choose the best battery pack configuration to suit your application. From 350kWh standard with 5 batteries, you can choose a 7 battery 490kWh arrangement for missions requiring greater range or extensive PTO use. For lower energy use applications a 4 battery 280kWh arrangement will also free up the right-hand sidemember for applications such as lateral loading refuse collection.
Power Take Offs to suit all applications. Choose between mechanical or High Voltage Electric for higher power requirements or Low Voltage Electric for Taillifts etc.
Battery pack | 2 + 1 + 2 | 3 + 1 + 3 | 3 + 1 + 0 |
---|---|---|---|
Energy on Board Nominal | 350 kWh | 490 kWh | 280 kWh |
Energy on Board Usable | 300 kWh | 420 kWh | 240 kWh |
The Microwast Battery have been designed for a lifetime of 12 years and 1.2 mln km, with a 70% SoH at End of Life.
Mech E-PTO for Refuse Collection, Hooklifter, Skiploader, Crane, Tipper mission
The Mech e-PTO can provide 60kW continuously and peak power of 100kW to drive hydraulic pumps for even the most demanding applications.
You can select from 3 locations to suit the body requirements: on the right-hand side member, in front of the battery pack, or behind the cab. All can be fit with pump connections.
HV e-pto for Refrigerated mission
Applications such as refrigerated bodies, which work with 380V 3 phase AC, can specify the HV e-PTO. Providing up to 20kW continuous power, this is the most energy efficient solution.
Battery relocation rearwards for applications such as Cranes
When an application requires space for stabiliser legs to the rear of the cab, this option moves the batteries rearwards by 270mm to achive a space of 500m between the front mudguards and the batteries.
Low Voltage PTO
Applications that use a low voltage PTO (for example a taillift) can specify an option providing up to 300Amps at 24 volts. VEEHH tail lift provision is also available for those markets and bodybuilders where it is required.
Diesel-like Payload
The higher GVW and GCW permitted by the EU for Zero emission vehicles means that payload is equivalent to the corresponding diesel vehicle with no compromise.
