IVECO ON ACCESS
Feature: Online portal where customers can find insights on vehicle performance and driving style. Also enables invoice and document management, maintenance alerts and more.
Benefits: Insights can be used to reduce fuel consumption and improve road safety. Admin features save time.
UPTIME MONITORING & MANAGEMENT
Feature: Connectivity and fault-alert monitoring allows IVECO to anticipate potential issues. If a potential fault is identified, IVECO’s 24/7. Control Room can advise customers to visit an IVECO Workshop, or provide a remote solution, for example, via software update.
Benefit: Acting on anticipated faults ensures maximum vehicle uptime, maintains customer service levels and protects profitability.
eRANGE ASSURANCE
eRANGE Assurance informs the Fleet Manager, via IVECO ON portal or Easy Daily App, to check the vehicle charge status and successful completion of the planned journey.
EASY APP
Feature: Drivers can use the Easy Daily App to access remote controls, interact with Driver Pal (voice companion), enable over-the-air software updates, and access 24-hr breakdown assistance. In addition, the App presents performance and safety insights to the user.
Benefit: Convenient and fast access to core services and vehicle features from a smartphone.
REMOTE CONTROLS
Feature: Using the Easy Daily App, Drivers and Fleet Managers can remotely control cab components (Doors and Windows), adjust climate scheduling, and control lights and multimedia.
Benefit: Remotely lock/unlock doors and windows in the event of an emergency. Pre-condition the vehicle climate to ensure comfort from the off.
