A Word Of Thanks
We always enjoy hearing from happy customers and the email below (with response from our Thetford Service Manager, Steve Speed) was no exception. Clive and Fran were travelling to France from Heydon, Norwich when their vehicle needed a little TLC.
Clive and Fran had recently purchased the vehicle but experienced a brake and gearbox failure while starting their journey to France. They arrived at our site to see if we could help which we duly did, repairing the braking system and gearbox wiring and getting them back on their way to France.
Clive and Fran arrived in France safely with no other vehicle problems – as the photograph shows.

Hi,
We just wanted to say thank you for your help in repairing our van last week. We did make it to our house in Limousin, France, although a little later than planned. We had no more problems and the journey back was much less eventful.
