Once again we're here saying an enormous thank you to an amazing team who have supported us through the current difficulty. We cannot thank Rick Newton, Ryan Smith and Dave Cooper enough for the consideration, hard work and sheer determination they have shown. What an incredible team there is at Sherwood Truck.

Thanks to Rick for all his understanding, organisation around holidays and transportation support. An extra pat on the back for Ryan who worked tirelessly over the three days and looked devastated when he didn't manage to identify the cause of the intermittent fault. Real appreciation to Dave Cooper who has willingly broke off from his work to provide us with transport home, avoiding the need for two, slow bus journeys taking one and a half hours when the car takes 15 minutes.

In true Ryan style he has constantly kept us informed of progress ensuring we knew all the time how the work was progressing and then calling in Fiat to support when nothing was preventing the occasional fault re-occurring, as well as collecting me from home to collect the vehicle today. This was really appreciated as I had been quite unwell since bringing the vehicle in on Monday. 

I know we have commented on the exceptional quality of the workmanship and customer service previously but it goes on from strength to strength the more contact we have with the company. Everyone should be justly proud of their efforts. I only wish they could spend some time at Marquis South Yorkshire, Dinnington, who are responsible for the habitation side of the vehicle, to show them how it should be done, but to be fair we wouldn't want to wish the ordeal on any of the three of them!!
