Wednesday 23rd September 2015
We're delighted to announce the success of our apprentices; Steven Roberts, Jordon Palmer, Joshua Rose and Liam Chambers who were all recently received Iveco awards.
We actively recruit a number of HGV apprentices across our 13 depots to become part of the Iveco Apprenticeship programme as Light and Heavy Vehicle Service Technicians.
Supported throughout by Guest Truck and Van/Sherwood Truck and Van, apprenticeships are for three years, resulting in the successful candidate gaining an Advanced Apprenticeship NVQ at level 3, a technical certificate at level 3 and associated functional skills, not to mention the life skills learnt along the way.
The Iveco Advanced Apprenticeship Programme is the industry-leading training scheme that provides all the training to become a fully qualified Vehicle Service Technician.
Vehicle Service Technicians are involved in a variety of tasks ranging from servicing and repairs to replacing components, using specialist equipment such as electrical and electronic diagnostics and rectifying faults on customers' vehicles in a busy Iveco workshop.
